「Solitude and sun with all the necessities. Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were fantastic, enjoyed the pool daily, and opted to stay in the pool house because of the outdoor shower. I wish i could have stayed here longer. Felt secluded enough but the beach and restaurants either a short walk or quick drive away. If i had to give anything negative and this is a stretch the water could have been hotter for the showers. 」

「The home was beautiful. The pool overlooked the mountains and was stunning. It was close to town. The only downside is that I wish it were more walkable. Just a note, the bedrooms had AC but the main living space did not. It wasn't uncomfortable because of the fans. It was a lovely place to stay.」

「Villa Grande was fantastic for our family group of six adults plus our chauffeur/guide. With five bedrooms each having a bathroom PLUS two more half baths, this property is very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had additional beds which our group didn't need. AC was excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The swimming pool is beautiful with a shallow end and deep end. Inflatable chairs are provided at the pool. There is no washer or dryer available to guests but the maid will do laundry....

「This home is lovely and just how described. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings and kitchen very well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the outside veranda especially in the mornings while having coffee and watching the birds and butterflies. Bedrooms are very comfortable and air conditioner units were great. We also loved the pool area and would spend our afternoons enjoying it. Susan’s excursion recommendations were spot on…however our best memories will be the time spent at the house, especially at the dinner table after our meals together.」

「2 couples shared Casa Roja for a week and loved it. The jungle location saw daily monkeys of all kinds very up close and personal! The jungle canopy provided a welcoming relief from the hot sun, and a dip in cool pool was perfect. The open concept (to the jungle) main living area was so fun. You felt like you were in a tree house. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect. Wai, our property manager was so helpful and prompt with communication. Highly recommend this property 」
