We saw it all and we saw it all the time. A quick walk takes you from the property to a fantastic beach! Gentle enough for daily swims, big enough to pull out the surf boards! 「The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. 」

Nice pool and four of the most friendly dogs. Grocery shops, bus stop and good restaurants with in easy walking distance. Spent excellent day in Manuel Antonio Park with host family plus their son ( Felipe ) a park ranger. 」

「The villa has a great view of the lake and is extremely quiet. It’s secluded but still close to the main road and we felt like it was a safe area The directions provided by the owner are good but it is hard to find at night. The furniture, bedding and amenities are pretty old but we were not expecting 5 star. We loved Nuevo Arenal compared to the very touristy La Fortuna but there are of course more activities there. Overall very happy with the villa」
