"Overall very great resort. Great for families with lots of kids programming and pools for the littles. Lots of restaurant and food options. Quality was much better in comparison to other resorts we have stayed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Elliutt who was most attentive to ensure we had the best stay possible! "The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
