This resort style property has 7 bedrooms and 5 baths across 2 separate homes, a main home and secondary casita. It's only 15 minutes from Kierland Commons, a popular shopping and dining destination and 10 minutes to Barrett Jackson and the WM Open, and 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and PHX airport.
The one-level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and accommodates 20 guests in utmost comfort and is perfect for business travelers, families, and big groups. You’ll be close to everything, but you may not want to leave this quiet resort style retreat.
The Indoors
The main house has a stunning entrance with circular driveway and gorgeous views of the backyard and the 125+ palm trees, creating a true resort style feeling. The main house has a primary bedroom ensuite bath, huge closet and 4 additional bedrooms, one of which has double bunk beds, all on one level. A chef's kitchen (with Thermador appliances, 2 separate islands, and an eat-in table area) opens to the family room with a large sectional couch and has pocket sliders to the grand backyard, casita and patio spaces. Also in this main house is a dining room, large laundry room and pool table that overlooks the pool and grounds.
The second home is located a few steps from the main home and offers a full kitchen and living room, 2 beds, 1 full bath and the always popular Golden Tee arcade game. The spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck, perfect for the grand views of the nearby mountains, morning yoga or for catching some rays in one of our lounge chairs.

The Outdoors
This home sits on a large corner lot which allows our guests to experience privacy in your own HUGE open space in this upscale Scottsdale neighborhood.
Challenge your friends to a game on the basketball court. Or for something less strenuous, try your hand at corn hole, bocce or bags. Maybe swim some laps or just float in the large, shimmering pool, which can be heated upon request. Then spend the gorgeous Arizona evenings grilling in the outdoor kitchen with an outdoor television and relaxing in the private hot tub. There's also a 7 hole putting green around the property for golfers to practice before you hit the links at one of Scottsdale's unrivaled golf courses. This home offers so much space to spread out, both inside and out, a true relaxing escape in a fantastic Scottsdale location!

5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood: This trendy North Scottsdale neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available, fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.
Lastly, we use a platform called "Know Your Guest" via Superhog as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Our properties are protected by a guest screening service that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all requirements have been fulfilled.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur. Disconnecting the pool vacuum will incur a $1500 fine.
- NEVER TAKE OUT OR UNPLUG THE WHITE HOSE IN THE POOL! The equipment will malfunction. If found unplugged our outside the pool, there is a penalty charge that starts at $800, depending on the level of damage.
