Golf Getaway with my siblings
We do annual trip to Phoenix for golf outing with my siblings. This was a wonderful house that has plenty of space and exceptional backyard. Very much enjoyed and will be coming back next year!

Very comfortable home with nice outdoor area
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. There were two living rooms, which was nice as one could watch TV without bothering the others. The outdoor area was really great with nice seating, hot tub, putting green etc. It was a nice community where we could take walks. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is better than the photos!! Clean property inside & well take care of outside. Has everything you need for your stay +some. Appliances, dishware, bathrooms etc are all high quality. Spacious home. Walmart & other stores/restaurants are very close, convenient. Nice quiet gated community. Communication with owner was friendly & timely- that is greatly appreciated. Backyard is set up perfectly, views are stunning especially the early am sunrise, don't miss it. Hot tub & pool were clean, easy/fast to warm up. Bonus is having your own mini golf in back yard. You won't regret your stay at this property. If its available for your dates, booked it. We stayed with our young adult children-Enjoyed by all!!

Beautiful home
This property is beautiful and spacious. It had everything you would need. The hot tub saved the vacation for us as the temperatures in Phoenix were cooler than usual. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Lovely home, amazing backyard! I want to go back!
We really enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. This home is beautiful and is in a safe, gated community. The backyard is incredible and we spent most of our time back there. The hosts were easy to communicate with and had helpful directions as to how to use the pool etc. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation!

Favorite AZ House!
Love this house! Stayed here for a second time last week and miss it already. The house is wonderfully located if you like to hike. South Mountain is less than 10 minutes away, and you can actually see the mountains from the backyard. We would hike in the morning, and enjoy the hot tub in the afternoon before going out to dinner. The house is impressively stocked with paper and cleaning products. They also allow past renters to leave condiments in the fridge, which is a big help. We also enjoyed investigating downtown Phoenix. Great dinner and outdoor ambiance at Cibo, also fun lunch at Arizona Wilderness DTPHX beer garden. Highly recommend this house! Bryan is a dream to work with!

Truly enjoyed our stay during our 4-couples's golf trip. Comfortable. Convenient. Very clean. Has everything we need. Great golf weekend!
The house was the perfect place for a fun golf weekend with our adult children. Putting green in the yard was super fun. Pool and Jacuzzi were a plus. We will be back!

Excellent accommodations!
We had a wonderful experience renting this property and would highly recommend it to others. Correspondence from the homeowner was thorough and prompt, and we never had any issues whatsoever. The house was clean, comfortable and it was stocked with absolutely anything and everything we needed. The homeowner did a great job providing a welcoming environment and we really appreciated that.

Quiet Relaxation in the Sun
We had a great stay at South Mountain. The home had plenty of space and is close to whatever you need (food, gas, hiking, golf, etc.). Having a pool and jacuzzi in the backyard made it feel like our own private resort. When we first arrived the house wasn't ready for us due to some miscommunication but Bryan was all over it and got the cleaner (who was fast, thorough, super apologetic, and gave us some great restaurant recs) on it while we went out to get some food. Not a big deal, especially when it got resolved so well. There are some great restaurants nearby, highly recommend Cocina Madrigal! We would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip celebrating several 60 th bdays
We came to relax and this property was ideal. The pool, hot tub, putting green and outdoor space was exceptional! The owners have thought of everything as far as simple things like hair dryers , shampoo, to fully stocked kitchen / fridge with spices and condiments. The space was ideal as far sleeping arrangements / bedrooms ! It is minutes from the airport yet never heard a plane and was close to grocery stores and restaurants! We felt safe in a gated community. We would love to be able to come back and will bring our golf clubs. Our only regret was we wished we would have booked a longer stay.

Great House!
We loved our stay at this house! The neighborhood and location were wonderful. You are only 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Phoenix. Scottsdale is about 25 minutes or so. We like to hike and South Mountain (5-15 minutes to trails) has some good trails. We enjoyed the Hidden Valley Trail via the Mormon Trail the most. "The Farm" is 5 minutes away with wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner places. We are really missing the pool and hot tub. We would hike and then come back to sit in the hot tub for awhile. It was so relaxing. We enjoyed the view of South Mountain and the golf course as well. We are considering renting again next March. Bryan was always available for any questions that we had. Wonderful vacation!
