The condo is old and dated and needs many upgrades to include: new carpets(throw rugs were used to cover worn and stained carpet), new tile(throw carpets were used to cover where tile was broken and coming apart), new HVAC(downstairs cold, upstairs hot), new bath tubs(they were dirty, stained, moldy and rusted), repairs made to glass sliding door(inoperable and held together by duct tape, black mold present). Repairs and maintenance have been ignored and need to be addressed.
