Outstanding stay. Clean, modern, quiet, centrally located. Short walk to Valley Metro Rail. Rooftop pool was a great feature.

Our room had a weird smell but other than that it was clean and everything worked. They have an in-unit washer and dryer and even provide detergent. Downtown PHX is rather industrial but there were a lot of good dining options within walking distance. We felt safe the whole time. The gym only had two treadmills and one of them wasn't working hence only 4 stars on the property condition.

A amenities. My room had atoaster, pans, real glasses, real silverware, vented hood.... Cons. - mattress in the junior studio was the best 4" of a mattress ever.... But hurts 45 year old bones. Overall though, A and would do again and again.

Overall a great property. Just note that the bed is a murphy/sofa bed, not a full bed. I didn't notice in the pictures that it would be the only type of bed.

The property is modern, clean and feels safe. Employees were kind and helpful. I stayed in a studio unit. The bed was a folding sofa and wasn't that comfortable. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work and was leaking. The blind cord was broken, and I had to climb a chair to catch the end and bring it up/down.

Good location for conference. Cheaper than nearby hotels and had full kitchen and W/D. Good fitness club, outdoor seating/BBQ area and rooftop pool with great views.

Had a lot of amenities which I liked, lounge areas, business area, coffee bar, laundry in the room etc. However, the bed was very uncomfortable which was tough to deal with. Honestly without the hard bed, this would be an easy five out of five stars

The good: The staff is awesome. Very helpful and nice. The building is new and was in good condition. It was close proximity to the convention center for my event. There is a nice food market nearby, so I could get groceries and cook some meals. I had a studio with a murphy bed, and it was plenty of space. Lots of closets. The roof top deck and pool are gorgeous and quiet. The separate sitting area on level 8 and the communal workspace was also convenient. I didn't use the gym, but it had a lot of equipment and looked nice. The NOT so GOOD: My hot water was sporadic. I mostly had cold to luke- warm showers the first two days, I couldn't get my dishwasher to work. Black out curtains would have been nice, I'm used to sleeping in darkness, and it didn't feel very private. My door wouldn't close all the way on its own, so a few times I came back, and my door was not closed. My last day I was moving my stuff out from under the bathroom vanity, and I came across a used Crack/meth pipe, that was laying behind the tissue box holder.. I was shocked and a little pissed. Other than that it was great, and I would recommend.

Overall was a pretty good stay, however the late check in time of 4 is really inconvenient and there is little to no communication about being able to check in even a couple hours earlier. Fire alarm also went off during my stay with no explanation. But the room was nice and clean and me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay for the most part.

That was a "bed"?
The front desk staff was meh. Not very helpful when we where informed there was no on site parking for "hotel" guests. However, the rest of the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Now to the "bed" it was no bed, it was a full size pull out sofa bed.. with a 3inch mattress! Now we are not plus size by any means and we slept TERRIBLY.

I wish i remembered his name but the gentlemen who checked me in first night was amazing. Room was clean and functional. The only downside was those shades on windows. Very transparent so light comes right thru it. Oyher fownside the murphy bed mattrss not very comfortable. Very thin anf uncomfortable. Great staff and area though
