"Check-in was easy. Room was nice, showing a little age. Hand towel was dirty-I’m assuming stained as it was folded in place. Wish I could have utilized the spa services. Breezy check out. "

"The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. I would definitely stay here again. "
