This property was really beautiful and I enjoyed that they did have a bar. My only problem is that our tub flooded and we were there for 3 nights and no one ever came and resolved this issue. They also still charged the daily resort fee which confused me because we had a flooded tub the whole stay and it was cold so we never used the resort amenities. Other than that I enjoyed the property it was near everything and the bartenders and staff were extremely nice.

I was given a room with one bed even though I reserved a room with two beds. This issue was resolved. I was charged twice for hotel fees: one by the third party and the other by the hotel. This was eventually resolved. I couldn't help feeling that at every turn the hotel was trying to rip me off.

I will NEVER book a room with Expedia again. The property is dated, the bathroom was the worst. The bathtub is so badly worn, large scratches, not to mention it does not drain, so there is a ring around the tub that never gets cleaned along with stains on the tile floor. The rooms were NEVER refreshed during my stay. The outside and grounds look nice, the outside is kept cleaner than the rooms. The lamp shade had stains; the curtains were torn. Expedia did not provide support.

The property was beautiful. Was in a great location. We were walking distance from great restaurants. (About a mile.) There are so many hiking trails near by as well. As for our room. The room is huge. Housekeeping could have did a better job cleaning. But it was fine. We stayed 5 days. Great hotel. Would stay again.

This property is a bit dated, but the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool was heated which was amazing for January.

The one jacuzzi was very small and we were not able to go in with it alwats being used. I would suggest a bigger hot tub or another one for a resort this big.
