Great place to stay in Tulcea
"The hotel was in a great location, was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning did not work in our room."

"On the Saturday night we had a bad disco blaring out until after 2AM. They tried to make up up with poor quality of music with volume.
