Our brand new home is located and in the heart of Ogunquit and is the perfect spot for a winter weekend getaway! Walking distance to Ogunquit Beach, restaurants and shops. (4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, sleeps 8)

Start your day with a warm fireplace and the sun shining in our our open concept living room. If you're ready to venture out there are breakfast options close by or create your own breakfast in our fully equip kitchen.

Enjoy the most peaceful time in town during the winter months! We are also less than two hours to the mountains for a day ski trip, 1 hour to LL Bean flagship store in Freeport and 20 minutes to the Kittery Outlets.

When you’re ready for dinner there are so many options within walking distance! From seafood, to Italian and everything in between there is something for everyone nearby (we have a great list of restaurants and things to do/see that we will provide).

A little bit more about our home: Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, large closet for 2 with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are also 2 queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom with a shower. The basement includes a couch with a queen pullout bed, a full bathroom with full tub/shower.

Rental includes: 1,650 square feet with open floor plan, great for multiple families or couples trip//fully equipped kitchen with gas range//outdoor seating//outdoor tv//driveway can hold 3 cars//3 full baths//1 half bath//king, queen beds//bath towels + linens (welcome to bring your own)//grill//washer +dryer

A note about pets: This home is not allergen-free. Please make us aware of pet dander allergy prior to your stay so we can make sure our home is as comfortable as possible for you.

We do accept small dogs from time to time so please reach out if interested in bringing your pet.

Wonderful house for a group
We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit and really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and was clean and well appointed. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Only note is that the fourth bedroom in the basement is a pull-out couch, not a bed, which we didn't realize when booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

A Wonderful Stay!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The property is clean, beautiful and spacious and has so many of the comforts of home. Plus, the location is ideal - it's a 5 minute walk to the bustle of downtown Ogunquit, yet far enough up the road that it feels quiet and very residential. Abby was a dream host - she was accommodating and accessible for any questions about the house during our stay. We are already planning to return again next year!

The house was beautiful inside and out, very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us and the location was an easy walk down town to everything you might need. Communication was great and we were given lots of helpful info about the town. We would love to come back and stay again!

Excellent stay within walking distance to town!
Wonderful property - very clean, new house with modern appliances and furniture. The communication with the owner was outstanding - so helpful with local recommendations and very clear about check in and check out instructions. They made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great house and even better location
This house was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious and had plenty of outdoor space too. It was conveniently located to all the main attractions and was less than a 15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing house a short walk from the heart of Ogunquit!
This property is beautiful. Really love all the outdoor living space! We were able to enjoy time at the house, but also have a 10 minute walk to shops, food and the beach! Not having to worry about parking was a real treat and a great way to visit Ogunquit! The house is on an active street, so you will see a good amount of people (all were friendly saying hi as they walked by), but inside, every window has great shades (if you're shy haha). Didn't really bother us because of how fun the house was/location. Abby was amazing! Really communicated well and gave us little gifts personal to us when we arrived. It was really sweet! Hope you get a chance to stay here. My college roommates and I had a really fun reunion!

Beautiful new home that is convenient to town. The host had a beautiful and thoughtful welcome basket with many local treats! Our host was very helpful and responsive. The home was very well stocked and organized and a joy to stay in. We look forward to returning!

Best Escape
We had the most amazing week stay at your beautiful place. Everything was so new, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the outside patio and TV feature. We brought our dogs and the neighborhood was so perfect and dog-friendly. We enjoyed the short walk into town to shop and enjoy many delicious meals together. The best part was not having to pay to park at the beach bc we could walk or just drop off all our stuff. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to coming back soon! The renters put so much love into this home and were so so easy and wonderful to communicate with!

We loved our stay in Ogunquit at the El Cerrito place. The house was absolutely gorgeous, brand new and clean with plenty of space for 2 families. The TV outside was an added bonus. The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It was a short walk into town and to the beach , restaurants, Marginal Way.

A perfect spot!
An amazing house and location! A short walk to the center and then a trolley ride to anywhere else. Our kids loved the basement to hang and we loved the outside setup… got to enjoy some summer rain storms outside and stay dry! We cooked a few nights and kitchen had all that we needed and great grill. Everything was in perfect shape and host was so responsive. We loved every part!

Real Gem Great Owners
This house is clean and beautiful, a real find. The owners are very friendly and responsive. You can walk to the beach. There is a great bakery at the bottom of the hill for coffee and breakfast items. The home is brand new with high-end appliances and everything that you need in the kitchen. It’s also a great home base to visit Kennebunkport. We stayed during a heat wave and the AC is excellent I had to turn it down, it was too good. Lots of room with three bedrooms and an extra space in the basement which has a full bath. Can’t say enough great things.

Amazing stay in Ogunquit
We just finished up an amazing week at this property. The host was very helpful and responsive during the booking process and made our family feel very welcome by leaving a welcome kit and info packet for us to find upon check in. The house has been recently remodeled and was in fantastic condition. The location is great - just a quick walk into town and to the beach. Thank you!!!

A diamond in Ogunquit!
This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and is in a great location. It is brand new! We were able to walk down the hill to restaurants and shops which was a bonus! There are two outside areas in which to enjoy a glass of wine with your family. My family got a much needed rest and immediately fell in love with this house and all it had to offer. I can’t say enough about the immediate communication with owner Abby that was provided to me. She made it easy and welcoming. I will definitely book again this year!!
