• 2-minute walk to the beach down Bay Avenue
• 17-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Dogs are not allowed in units 1 and 2, but are welcome in unit 3.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking space for one car
• No garage available

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
