Living room has a sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo comes with a balcony, free cable TV, wifi/high speed internet and a full kitchen too cook all of your favorite meals. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of Sunset Bay building and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.75 A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
