「The staff was so friendly that compensated for everything else. We had an unfortunate event on our first night with Housekeeping, and they tried to compensate us as much as possible, kindness and attention was our favorite reaction from all their personnel, from cart drivers, restaurants, SPAs, and the stars were the reception team. 「Beautiful property. Hot springs were fantastic, even in the rain. Each little cabin was very private. Breakfast was delicious and good variety. Wish we could have stayed longer!」
