「My family of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a week. We had a great time as the apartment was so comfortable. It seemed to be newly renovated. The kitchen, toilets, shower booth, bedrooms, everything was clean. The living space is spacious so my friends who visited us also had a great impression. The staff were also very kind. We would love to stay here again when we visit London. Thank you!」

「Host was helpful which was okay but was not provide the number of beds advertised on that room but the host managed to sort an extra mattress. Accommodation smell of cigarettes. Toilet seat broken. 」

「The room is spacious and was very clean. But, the bedding did not smell fresh. Easy entry using codes. Host was responsive. The front driveway of the property was very dirty. Garbage stacked up against a wall. Lots of noise from vehicles even late at night. I would not recommend for a holiday stay. However, it fit my needs as it is located a short drive from the hospital. 」

「Stayed here 3 times. Good standard. Doors are noisy. If you book here, ask for room 2 or 3. If you dont, you will be by the kitchen. That door never closes quietly, folk dont switch on extractor fan, & your room will smell.」

「Wir sollten uns vor Ankunft telefonisch melden. Leider war die in der Bestätigungsmail genannte Telefonnummer nicht korrekt und verwies auf eine Bandansage. Auf dieser Bandansage war die neue Telefonnummer inklusive Versprecher und Korrektur hinterlegt. Leider wusste im Hotel niemand von unserer Reservierung. Aus diesem Grund wurden uns Zimmer gegeben, aus denen wir nach drei Tagen ausziehen mussten, weil sie von anderen Gästen gebucht waren. Der Zustand des Hauses war gruselig, die Bäder sehr...

「We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers.」
