「Beautiful location and very quiet and private which is the main reason for me for staying in Mendocino to ( in the good old days to get my abalone) get away from my tourist overrun home (3 generations) of Laguna Beach. 」

「This space is clean & private, excellent for one person, would be tight for 2. Everything is well-marked and easy to figure out. There is a binder with thoughtful suggestions of where to eat and what to do in the area as well as a bicycle to use around this bicycle-friendly town. 「This was my second time staying at this property. It has a great location. walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the local grocery store. The view from the front window is beautiful. We enjoyed a very relaxing time here filled with hiking and visiting the local shops. 」

Owned by Casago, check in and check out was easy with a keypad lock. A little warm during the day due to direct sunlight, and a little chilly at night in the bedrooms where heaters are separate from the rest of the house, but otherwise quite lovely! Would definitely stay again! 」

「A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities. Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp. Loved having a laundry facility and free parking! All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again. 」

「This was my second time staying at the Penthouse! Absolute best view, location and so cozy and comfortable! Clean, fully set up kitchen. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Lisa is a perfect host and very communicative if questions arise. Cannot wait to go back again. 」
