"Really nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights as a base this side of Japan before moving across to Tokyo. No issues whatsoever; was expecting more of a language barrier but some of the staff speak way more English than I speak Japanese, so no problems- not that I would expect Japanese people to necessarily speak a foreign language in their home country anyway! The only downside I would say is the breakfast doesn’t offer too much choice , but I was happy with scrambled eggs, toast and coffee, so it was’t an issue for me."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful, although they seemed overworked and we saw them having to deal to multiple difficult foreign guests which they handled with the utmost professionalism. The hotel is really well located for staying in Osaka too. "
