"The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed. Super close to the train lines easy to hop on and off and get everywhere. Super close to dotinbori and the shinbashi shopping area. The only real problem we had was finding the hotel initially the google maps pin dropped us about 4 blocks in the wrong direction. "

"The apartment itself was excellent, spacious and well appreciated. However, the vibe of area it is located in was a bit off ( I didn't know this before booking obviously, but one of our Japanese acquaintances were a bit concerned when they heard the location), and on the dirtier side. It's also away from most of the attractions and had to walk a lot to get to Nipponbashi station and had to transit through Namba station to go almost anywhere. It's about 20-25 mins walk to Dōtonbori as well...

"I love their Spa. After walking all day, it is so nice to soak in the spa. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to Dotonbori,15-20 min walk to Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi Market. I have stayed in several hotels and this hotel charges a lot for breakfast. Also, they don’t offer any amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, cream and etc… overall, a nice hotel."
