"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"A really great family hotel near subway and just 2 blocks away from the popular Shinsaibashisuji Kita Shopping Arcade, a grand shopping street which stretches across a full 15 blocks from Chuo-Odori to Sennichimae-Dori where right at the end of this shopping street is the renowned Glico man in Dotonburi. Therefore, you simply do all your shopping here without having to carry bags full of stuff on a train. Staff here can speak English very well and very helpful with everything you ever needed...

"Very nice hotel and although check in was by computer it was easy. Clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. 1 bdrm was separate so that was nice. Separation of bathroom areas made it convenient for all. Shower, sink and toilet could be used individually. 25 min walk to Dontiburi area and 25 min walk to Osaka castle. "

"Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time."

"The area is near Dotonbori, it is walkable to train station and the shopping district..the only thing I did not like is that you need to transfer to a local/metro train from Kansai airport train in order to reach the hotel, so you need to ride 2 different train and the room is small for 3 people and you can hardly move around, there is a kitchen but you can’t cook because the space is small and can’t eat properly since the table is so small for 3 but overall is just fine, anyway, we don’t stay...

Lovely hotel

"Really nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights as a base this side of Japan before moving across to Tokyo. No issues whatsoever; was expecting more of a language barrier but some of the staff speak way more English than I speak Japanese, so no problems- not that I would expect Japanese people to necessarily speak a foreign language in their home country anyway! The only downside I would say is the breakfast doesn’t offer too much choice , but I was happy with scrambled eggs, toast and coffee, so it was’t an issue for me."
