Location - approximately 10 mins ride from Naha International Airport with monorail to Asahibashi Station and then another 10 mins walk to hotel with luggage. Room was quiet on the 10th floor. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft which I enjoyed very much. Food - Did not try the free breakfast order. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. "Nice amenities available for use (see their website). There is also a free cell phone available for the duration of your hotel stay with free local calls and wifi. Close walk to the train station. There is a grocery store is right across the street. Family Mart is a few blocks down. Several restaurant options nearby. The room (deluxe twin) was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very satisfied overall and would definitely stay again."

"Frantically booked this hotel due to Typhoon in August. However, waited and waited, but did not get the security code which was promised to be sent 24 hours prior. Since we didn't hear back until 3.5 hrs before checked-in, we made other arrangements already. But, when we requested for refund, the owner refused the refund due to a non-fundable policy. This was in the middle of one of the worst typhoons in the history of Okinawa. We would not recommend this place."

"Wonderful hotel where the entire experience felt special and luxurious. The staff are amazing and the service is excellent and attentive. The variety of food and drink on offer was great. The hotel is located in a nice quiet location but a short distance from beaches and other attractions. "
