I came in frazzled after a long drive and she was calm and welcoming and so helpful. She also watched out for my daughter who was arriving late that night. So appreciate her . Her kindness started off our trip in a positive way. "

"This hotel room was very rundown and dirty. The furniture was broken, sink and toilet had hairs in them. The microwave was filthy. The door didn’t completely close you could see daylight around the edges. The sheets were thread barren and the comforter had cigarette burns. We had to ask for toilet paper almost none at check in. The shower had soap scum and was simply dirty. The floors need to be vacuumed. This room left a lot to be desired."
