"The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called...

"This was our first trip to Newport. Condo location is fabulous with the added bonus of off-street parking. Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful with a few inquiries we had. Beach was close enough to spend the day and run back to condo for breaks often. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything is as described. We hope to make this our new annual destination. "

"My sister and I had a fantastic time. The property has a Large kitchen and living room space. The beds are comfortable and there were many pillow options. The only heater is in the main living area and the house got pretty cold at night. It would have been nice if there was salt and pepper or a few cooking essentials. But overall my sister and I loved our time at the property and will definitely book this location again. "

"My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Newport Beach. The unit is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the location is awesome. The beach is just a block away and the Newport Pier is a within easy walking distance. The garage parking space.is nice so we didn't have to search for street parking. We hope to be back soon."
