"A good stay all round room was a bit dark very small window not a great view over roof tops. Bed not the most comfy would not stay in this room again "

"The location was good, free parking but unfortunately, it was full on the day, so had to park at a near by long stay. The staff were nice and friendly as always. The room needed a little bit of an update and maintenance for the price (£100 a night) "

"The room was good except that it was very cold, the radiator was turned up high but the room never got warm. The duvet was only Summer weight so we had to use a towel and our coats to try and keep warm. Breakfast was continental and good, but a full English would have been preferred after a cold night! The ladies who served breakfast were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. "

"Very friendly check-in service, couldn't have asked more from this lovely lady. On arriving in the room it was freezing, the windows were open and the heating off, this was probably down to them trying to get rid of the wet dog smell. Other than the smell, the room was spacious, tv worked, hairdryer to use and shower gel provided with one large towel and one small. Extra pillows were available in the wardrobe. We left around 8am, the reception desk wasn't open at this time but we didn't need...

"Was a lovely stay for a friends wedding nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. The customer service was 10/10 so friendly and hospitable. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Breakfast was lovely and freshly made "

"Stayed for 4 nights while working in the area. Everything about the hotel was really good. Friendly and pleasant staff. Great food especially the Indian menu. Stayed in one of the Garden rooms which was very spacious and comfortable. "

"Stayed here as i was attending a conference at the same site, and the price was great, plus it included my evening meal and breakfast. Last year i stayed at another hotel further away, and meals had to be bought off-site, so this was a much better option for me this time. Really enjoyed my time here and will be back next year."

"the location was ok for us as we had a car but if not please look for locations nearer to city centre. The room was so hot at night. Not sure about the neatness but it really needs a lot of works: they need to refurbish the place sincerely. You can see tiles coming off the flooring just to give 1 example"

"Although a little tired and in need of a freshen up, and although there was a slight drain smell from our shower (not enough to complain about) the room was spacious, clean and well furnished. It had a beautiful view over the golf course. The main downside was the mattress which was a little hard and probably a bit worn out. Otherwise it was lovely and the staff were great overall. The gym and pool were also lovely, and complimentary to hotel guests. "
