The staff were very kind and accommodating. You can request anything (like more water bottles) via the phone from your room. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Property is located next to Seokchon lake. Very nice area for walking. Also located next to Lotte Tower, where there is plenty of shopping and dining. Also walkable distance to subway lines. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with all my needs. Room was nice with heated floors. Bathroom was nice as well. Highly recommended."
