Great location. Good sized room. Huge bathroom with full bathtub and separate (good water pressure) shower. Bed was a little hard for me but not unusual in Korea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walkable to loads of restaurants,cafes shops and Lotte Mall and Seokchon lakes.

Parking is terrible, car has to use the elevator. Very small and cramped hotel. Motel lookalike, nothing to do with "boutique". Staff does not really speak English and not friendly at all. Situated in an ally, quite hard to find.

Great location with great views of the city
We here stayed two nights as it is within walking distance to both Lotte World, and Lotte World Tower. We had a great vuew of the Tower lit up at night, and there are plenty of dining options near by. My only complaints are that the hot water wasn't adequate, and the pillows were extremely flat.

The Rosana Hotel is the very definition of personal. Personal service, personal care, and personal courtesy. We suffered an airport luggage fiasco and the staff made calls, coordinated logistics, and our luggage appeared in the lobby within the day of initiated the service. The breakfast is a fair price for a mix of western and Korean staples, good if you have a family and don’t want to fight a commute to start the day. Pro tip: if you reserve the breakfast before 12pm on the prior day, there’s a 2000 KRW discount. The room is efficient and a cocoon of quiet to get rested for the travel plans on the next day. Lastly the response time to address our requests was on par with 5 star resorts.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The front desk personnel was extremely nice, kind and helpful and friendly. They all speak english as well. The hotel is near many restaurants, convenience stores and the train station is about a 5 mins walk as well. The room was very clean and it's cleaned daily. There is a small refrigerator in the room for your convenience and they also provide free bottled waters in your room. Truly a wonderful, very pleasant stay! Thank you!

롯데월드 가까워요. 주변에 24시 국밥집 3개있어요 버스정류장 교자집까지걸어야해요 그래도3분이내 건물옆 가라오케바로뒤로 편의점 있어요 건너쳔에도 편의점있어요 길건너면 스벅있어요 스벅건너코너옆건물이라 잘안보이지만잇어요. 호텔1층 카페있어요. 석촌호수바로앞인데 조명해놔서 산책좋았어요. 수압이 짱임.. 비데있음 수압이 진짜 진짜진짜 짱임 조식종류는 브런치플래터 만들기가능(야채,과일,계란,빵,소세지스프),, 한식가능(흰쌀밥.볶음밥. 김치 젓갈 김 국 불고기또는제육 등등) 잇을거 잇어서 딱 좋앗어여 난 부모라 에가잘먹으니 그냥 만족도 최고상승 우유. 오렌지주스 시리얼 있고 전 완전 좋앗어요 커피도잇음 일회용컵잇음

만족한 여행이었어요. 조식은 첫날먹고 두째날은 먹지 않았어요. 첫날정도는 정신도 없고 아이들도 어떻게 먹을게 없어서 조식을 이용하긴했어요. 조식을 한식메뉴를 드시고자하시는분께 더 적합한거 같기도 했어요. 저희는 롯데월드 갈꺼라서 가까운거리라 잘 이용했어요. 롯데월드 이용하고 롯데마트에서 필요한거 사서 잘 이용했습니다. 드리이기는 있었어요. 침대도 편했고요. 유리도 통유리라 뷰도 괜찮았습니다.
