気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We arrived late in the evening and had already received the room door code since the desk wasn’t staffed. The exterior needed some work but the room itself seemed clean. My husband went back out to get something from the car (I was still in the room) but we were unable to get the door to open and he was stuck outside in the chilly damp air. I found a number to call for help and although the person on the other end was fairly pleasant, she told me that my husband was doing something wrong when he tried to enter the door code—she could “hear” that he wasn’t hitting the check mark button, even though he was outside and I was inside the room. I couldn’t even get the manual deadbolt-like switch to turn. He was hitting the code and the check mark. She sent help and had me remove and reinsert the batteries in the lock multiple times. I finally managed to force the door open, but the lock was loose on the door to begin with. The two people who came to help asked us if we minded leaving the door cracked b/c they were going to have to come back and fix it. We were not willing to do that late at night on the ground floor in an unfamiliar neighborhood and insisted on a new room. We had to pack everything back up and carry it all up the steps. Also, the room had a tv, fridge, microwave—even a Keurig—but no hairdryer. I had a message the next day that they were going to refund our security deposit—which was supposed to be refunded anyhow. No offer of a discounted rate! Won’t be back!
