「The hotel was great, however, we booked this stay through Hotels.com for a two room stay and they booked us a king bed. Our fault for not checking the confirmation email, but we booked a second stay in Sacramento and Hotels.com did the same thing on a second reservation. So the issue we have is not with the hotels, but rather with Hotels.com. 」

「レイクタホの観光がメインだったので、ロケーションとしてはちょっと遠かったのですが、金額が安い割に評価が高かったので予約しました。フロントの天井が吹き抜けで開放感があり内装もオシャレ、まずは綺麗で清潔感のある空間が好印象！またサービスは細かいところまで配慮があり、客室内もとても快適でした。（朝食もなかなか美味しい）ちなみにカーソンシティのガソリン価格が周辺の町と比較してかなり安かったです。近くにカジノがあるのでバフェも利用できそうです。」

「Good hotel between the airport and the Tahoe resorts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are well laid-out and comfortable. No noise issues. There is plenty of parking outside and some restaurants within walking distance. My only suggestion would be to add more fruit and vegetables options at breakfast. 」

「In order to enter our room 112 we had to enter our code twice. Not sure why??? Maybe have someone take a look at the lock.」

「The original room that i had booked was unavailable at check-in, so i was given an "upgrade". The room was in a convenient location from the exterior door, however it was in need of some maintenance. Both showers had large cracks in the tile and one of the mirrored closet doors was cracked. To get hot water, the water had to run for 5 minutes and then it never got really hot, just slightly above tepid. The noise from the floors above, flushing toilets and showering was extremely loud. 「Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was well kept.」

「It’s a very good property. It looks either new or remodeled recently. Great breakfast! Room is not very big, but it’s big enough. Close to movie theater and grocery shopping if needed. Good for families because it’s a suite. Only downside is that sometimes the road traffic is noisy at night. 」

「The place was nice and clean inside but there was a lot of junk around our room which is kind of a turn off for most people. I was there to party mostly so didn't care that much but I could see someone else complaining about it. 」
