After that, the guest must call a number to get a door security code. All happened during normal business hours (before 7pm). So, I interacted no one at the lodge office. 「I have stayed her 5-6 times. It took us 45 minutes to get into our room as we did a late check in and the key card wouldn’t work. I was able to get a hold of their after hours line and they were out in 10 minutes. We thought the room was warm because we had been outside. Unfortunately our heater was broken and would only stay on 2-15 minutes before the pilot would go out if I could get it on.
