「チェックインの時間より早く着きましたが、準備のできている部屋にすぐに通してくれました。疲れていたので本当にありがたかったです。レセプションの女性はてきぱきと必要なことを教えてくれて、地図やレストランの割引券を渡してくれました。 部屋はアパートメントタイプでリビングダイニングとベッドルームがわかれていてバスルームが2つもある広々とした造りでとても居心地が良かったです。 床やテーブルの掃除はやや雑でしたが、まあ許容範囲です(笑) 裸足で歩きたい人はスリッパ持参をおすすめします。 チェックアウトの日は雨が降っていたので雨避けに黒いゴミ袋をレセプションでお願いしたら快く大きな袋を出してくれました。 とても感じのいい女性で明るく送り出して下さったので、雨でも気持ち良くチェックアウトすることができました。 立地も港やバス停留所に近いので、おすすめです。」

「Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back.」

「We stayed on a half board basis at the Beatriz in late March. We have stayed here on a number of occasions in the past. The hotel is well located near the Centro Commercial in Matagorda. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and cleanliness very good. The food, though quite good, was not as good as I found it in the past.
