「The pool was very big, however it was incredibly cold. Food was very good. A good selection of choice for children and adults. Our room was not the best. The sofa bed was on its last legs. It completely v-ed in the middle. Ive never seen a sofa bed like it. There was also a fire extinguisher box positioned outside our room which was directly below a air con vent. It meant when our upstairs neighbour had their aircon on, we were kept awake by the constant loud dripping as the water fell from...

「It was ideally situated for shops, restaurants and beach. For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed that the guest services desk was never staffed, that the safe in the room was not supplied free of charge, and that there were no tissues supplied in the room (although toothbrushes were supplied, which was unnecessary). I should also mention that the sofa in my room was badly stained.」

「Hotel staff very friendly. Heated swimming pool was a pluss for me. Location of hotel was perfect as it was right in the middle of everything and 200 meters from the beach. Overall we had a good stay. The Hotel Wi Fi connection was hit and miss but that didn't bother me.」

「Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box. 」
