"Service, staff, food, and location were all excellent. Breakfast was included and dinner was reasonably priced and very delicious. Hotel will pick you up and drop you off if you schedule a day in advance. Rooms are very clean and meet basic needs. Hotel location has easy access to lifts (ski in) and a quick shuttle to other resorts and main entrance for Ishiuchi (highly recommend for getting rentals and tickets). Note that if you pay with a card, be prepared to pay a fee on top of the total...

"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English. "其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了"

At the time of the check in and check out there was nobody... for check in we need to call someone, and upon check out.. we waited, and because nobody was there we did the check out with a machine and we didnt know where to leave the plastic card cover... that we left it on the desk."
