Five beds in a single room, with wallpaper peeling off, and all sorts of weird attempts at “renovation.” For the price, could be good for five backpackers. "長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"

"Great resort but a bit older style and window is single pane so cold air still seeps thru the hobby and hallway area. Some of the ceiling and walls are cracking and stains. The resort has family friendly things to do like ping pong and arcade area. The hot spa was pretty good. Breakfast is a great experience. Overall, good experience. "

"Overall enjoyed our stay but there were a few small things that could have made our stay more fulfilling. The entire place is made kids friendly which was really touching and is a welcome attitude given we are a family with 2 kids. The breakfast spread was quite good but had very limited vegetarian options - again the kids section there was really awesome! Rooms were quite clean but a bit smaller than anticipated, the toilet exhaust was a bit low or not working which made it a bit awkward. Loved the dedicated kids play area, gachapon area, vending machines, coin laundry, pool was paid, onsens were excellent and the halloween themed setup was cute. We were really relieved with the dedicated Lawson combini in their lobby!!! How cool is that :)"
