「Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes.」

While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. 「Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . Clean , spacious , windows overlook central atrium ( no outside windows - authentic riad ) Cons: Not like a hotel - so even though front desk services are supposed to be from 7 - 11, it’s hit or miss if reception will answer your call . 3 min walk to riad from car through a stone w from 」

「メクネスのHotelだが最悪、テラス横の部屋に通されすごく暑い、屋根裏部屋のように蒸されているのにエアコンが壊れてる、スタッフに文句言ったら直そうとしてたが直らず自分ではどうしようもないとのこと、部屋変更出来ず、返金要求したら他のHotelか扇風機かの選択、他のHotel選択したら朝食つかない、他のHotelはcheapなHotelだった、何のためにこのHotelの代金払ってるんだ？移動先のHotelならもっとやすかった」

「部屋は広くて、シャワーのお湯がすぐに出たのはとても良かった。ただ、ドライヤーは部屋に無いので注意。無料の水サービスとかも無かった。 それでも駅から歩いて行けるし、便利なホテルだと思う。」

「Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. 」
