" I’m aware that this business model is advertised to property owners as a set it and forget it passive source of income but it’s not. Hospitality is a real job with standards that need to be met. None were here. The property was filthy when I arrived with trash littering the yard, chalk graffiti all over the house and an over grown unkept yard. The interior was equally filthy. Covered in spider webs and dead insects with black and slime mold in the shower. There were several holes in the wall...

"The property was very conveniently located to the things that we were interested in doing. It was nice to have the whole family in one place so we could play corn hole and watch movies during our down time getting out of the heat."
