「near the center of SXSW. 」

「This property is in a great location for my event at the conference center. Everything was walkable, even with construction in the area. The Royal Blue Market was just a few minutes walk, so I could stock my studio easily. The staff was friendly, and I felt safer because they were always aware of who was coming and going. I enjoyed the fitness center as well as the pool area - great amenities. The studio itself was clean, had all the necessities, and had plenty of room for a solo traveller....

「The condo is gorgeous and as a decor girly it was impeccable. Unfortunately, the lake water had receded and overgrowh trees were partially blocking the balcony view but the balcony was so amazing we easily forgot about it. Property is very nice and the amenities are great too. Can't wait to book another stay. The owners has everything plus more in the condo so all you need is your clothes. 」

「Clean house, spacious, great location. Fun neighborhood with great restaurants, good proximity to downtown.」

「We were overall impressed with the interior of the condo - it is quite spacious and would easily fit 4 adults without stepping on one another. Everything you need is within the condo. Might consider adding a chair if advertising for 4 adults tho as there in only a couch to sit on in the living space. As mentioned from previous people the area is less than desirable but we had no issues and even walked a few blocks down to pick up a burger. I wouldn't walk alone or at night but we just minded...

「We enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated really cute. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed being able to walk to South Congress. I will say bring your sleeping mask as the sun came up early & blinded us. Blackout curtains would help.ve been nicebeen nice 」

「Nice condo building and green space! Looks just like the pictures, very clean, loved the plants and artwork. Excellent location, easy to drive to UT campus, SoCo, out to Hillcountry, East side and a short walk to the parks. Neighborhood is clean and feels very safe. Had a great stay!」
