The location is great with easy access to attractions in central London. While the room was comfortable, it is in need of an update: the television turns off on its own and window blinds not closing fully. There is always a short queue during check in and check out. Breakfast buffet is very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were in a room with a really poor layout. The worse aspects were the lack of hotel resterant services, no one answered the phone at the desk or for room service when we called at least 7 times over 3 day period. Unable to get an extra pillow or even an extra blanket.

We truly enjoyed our experience with Expedia and Radisson Blu. The room was clean, hotel is modern, the restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner. Location was near most everything including the British Museum. We had a blast.

A less than average hotel which we should never have stayed so many nights at:
Room had stains on the carpet. Musty smell.
Room cleaners were inconsistent (toilet paper and wash cloths are some kind of premium service.) Never replenished coffee options.
Called for laundry service (in their service window) and they said they would be up in ten minutes. Never showed. When we called down they told us we couldn't get laundry service for that day and did nothing to compensate for their failure. We had to make our own arrangements.
Hotel restaurant (which is why we booked this hotel) is beyond sub-par: waitress took so long to take and fulfill a drinks order that members of our party left. Watched a "bartender" cork two bottles of wine because he didn't know how to use a corkscrew. Pretty much a joke.
The only bright sparks were the subsequent bartender (personable and surprisingly efficient) and the early morning front desk attendant that got us a cab at the crack of dawn.
Certainly not the level of sophistication or quality that they advertise. Lobby perfume and techno music doesn't make this a hotel of quality in any way, shape or form. Moreover, this hotel is DEFINITELY over-priced for the service, amenities and quality. Look elsewhere.
