Four person hot tub along with a fire pit. Both bathrooms are double vanity;

Golf cart is available for rent for an additional $75.
**Main entrance of the home is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. Someone will need to be able to climb the flight of stairs to be able to get into the home to let any elderly or handicap guests enter on the first/bottom floor.
