"The hotel and facilities were absolutely amazing. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for every little thing. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the shopping, but far enough off the streets it was pretty quiet at night. "This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Parking is free and convenient( however leaving the parking lot is difficult no view from traffic coming down hill ( a traffic mirror would a big improvement) Breakfast and views are stunning, employees all deserve an excellent."

"Hotel was immaculately clean. Very pleased with the room. Fantastic pool area and the shuttle bus was invaluable. Only booked bed and breakfast and Breakfast was good although most people suggested that the food was average. Sorrento is a wonderful holiday resort with so many nice restaurants. Recommend booking the classic trips to Amalfi coast and Capri from the hotel. Good value and pick ups and drop offs at the hotel."

"Very good hotel! Even in the off season. When it says limited parking it does mean LIMITED as employees take up half the spots. You can still park for the same price and they will pick up your car and drive it to their extra lot, you just need to give them an hour notice if you want your car. "

"The staff are very helpful and all spoke English. View is amazing as is sunset. As we were there in shoulder season not all local restaurants open but hotel restaurant was lovely."

"The hotel itself is amazing and HUGE! Very nice. The only thing I didn't like is it is remote, and you need to have a car to get around. Not within walking distance to anything. I'll definitely stay there again though, but will have to rent a car. "

"The staff at the hotel is outstanding! Hotel is immaculate and the outdoor areas are especially inviting. Room comfortable and spacious and very quiet. We tried to book extra nights, but property was closing for the off-season. We’d love to come back!"
