"The room is a little small but except it everything is perfect, The location is very close to the railroad station and also to Kapel bridge but it is very quiet and the staffs are very kind and well trained. In my personal opinion, this is the best hotel in Luzern."

"There was no balcony as expected, but we can always spend time at the balcony beside the breakfast lounge. Breakfast menu was great!! No fancy decoration, but everything we need is furnished. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay this hotel again!"

"Die Wohnung war gut für 2 Personen und die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern war gut. Jedoch gibt es absolut keinen Service, nicht mal eine Zimmerreinigung war mitinbegriffen. Wir haben für 3 Wochen gebucht und eine einmalige Zimmerreinigung kostete Extra. Sehr schade."
