「I didn’t sleep well. The Bed was too hard for me & the pillows were flat & hard too. The Breakfast waitress was not very friendly. First thing she did before seating us was to check her watch. It was just 0910 but we felt uncomfortable & rushed. The minute we had served ourselves hot food it was taken away, so no chance of seconds had we wanted it. 」

「Well appointed, well furnished, comfortable accommodation with a great shower. Wonderful location. The lady who was supposed to make breakfast did not show up on the morning of our departure, so as a matter of apology the person at the desk promptly refunded £10 to us. Great. We would love to stay here again but for longer!」

「The room is dated but the bed and pillows were comfortable. It needs better lighting in the room as it is very dull and un inviting plus the desk lamp was not working. With the design of all rooms you do feel like you are staying at a Butlins site. The evening meal in the pub was very good but the breakfast was acceptable but needed to be hotter I stayed one night which is fine but wouldn’t want to stay longer 」

「This is a lovely cosy B&B. The breakfast was brilliant (smoked salmon plus home made marmalade) and service excellent too. My room was very spacious, one small point - the bathroom was so hot, even though I turned off the towel rail socket the rail was still roasting. I can really recommend for business stays around Corby. I'd love to bring my wife here for a short stay to explore Rutland. 」
