"We decided to rent this place as a surprise get away for husbands bday, house nicely restored, wood fllors charming but they do creek and in some places are missing, bed comfy, kitchen well appointed, towels soft, couch is ok, TV’s are good, easy door access. Hosts fast responders. We were initially intimidated by the neighborhood, worried about car safety was reassured by hosts it is safe. Opted to use close by parking garage which was convenient. It was really loud friday nite lots of sorrding cars, loud screaming, car alarms blaring and for someone not used to city living it was hard to fall asleep. Iwners provided sound machine but we did not use. Bathrooms are clean and well appointed we had an issue with the guest bath but hosts took care of it right away, i would still give 5 stars despite the noise and dirty neighborhood as it was convenient to everything . Loved the new close by food hall"

"Cute house. Perfect location for seeing shows at the Fulton Theater. Local dining is excellent. The house runs cold, so if you like temps lower than 65 you will be fine. "
