Go to the rooftop bar and eat and drink

Marriott at Penn Square changed sign on temporary post along sidewalk,making that space reserved for their use. Prior sign allowed for parking. This resulted in a $20 city parking citation. Marriott employees acted stupid. Didn't have any idea who changed sign. DON'T STAY at this property because the employees (2) who came outside are stupid .
