"Location was excellent and right next to the city center and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Construction was ongoing and right outside our bedroom window with construction starting at 7;00am. It was impossible to sleep with the early morning drilling. Otherwise, the room was adequately stocked and nightly turndown service was appreciated. "

"The hotel manager and front desk team were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully located right in front of a stunning lake and majestic mountains. I accidentally left my computer in an Uber, and the hotel manager and team went above and beyond to help me recover it. I truly appreciated their patience, support, and warm hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to visit Lucerne."

"Overall, a good hotel in a great central location — very convenient for exploring the city. However, a few downsides impacted the experience. There was no on-site parking, and I ended up having to park under the nearby train station, which was quite expensive. The Wi-Fi password provided didn’t work initially, and the shampoo bottles in the room were empty. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and responsive — they addressed the Wi-Fi and amenities issue promptly, but unfortunately, there...

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are little smaller than expected but manageable. The staff is excellent. The only issue was the noise from trains as the tracks are right next to the hotel. You have to close the windows to reduce the noise."
