「ホテルスタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーで気持ちが良かった。部屋や廊下は豪華さはないものの清掃が行き届き、 快適な環境が保たれている。私の部屋は４階建の４階でしたが、朝晩お湯が出てくるまで５分以上水を流し続け なければならなかった。これは唯一の改善点と思う。朝食はバイキングと注文を選択可能。コーヒーだけでもOK。 ホテルの裏に大型スーパーが２店あり、ちょっと買い物をするには大変便利。いずれにしてもサンタフェ中心部までは ちょっと距離があるので、車は必須です。」

「My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel Staff were all attentive to our needs. We received clean towels and the trash cans emptied daily. The first day of our stay , we noticed the floor in our room was not swept and mopped prior to our arrival. My recommendation is to purchase a vent and put it in the restrooms .
