「I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. 「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks.
