「Bitte auf dem Weg Richtung Weimland nicht dran vorbeifahren. Ein Juwel. Unglaublich hilfsbereites, freundliches und immer gut gelauntes Personal. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, freundlich und hell gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und ausreichend, das Abendessen mit guter Auswahl. Alles in allem wirklich weiter zu empfehlen um einen guten Aufenthalt in der Karoo zu haben. 」

「We had a family trip stay for 3 nights. Arrived late at night and was warmly greeted and would have given us food if we needed but we ate on the way. Friendly , helpful staff were excellent all around. Food was good to average but the service top notch! We enjoyed time by the pool was lovely. 「周りに商店やレストランの類が全くないのでレンタカー利用が前提になるかと思いますが、この値段でこれだけおしゃれ感あふれる部屋とサービスを提供してくれれば十分満足です。部屋の中にちょっと石鹸の香りがこもった感じがするのが気になるところで1点マイナス。室内には電子レンジと食器類は用意があり、また庭にはバーベキュー設備もあります。」

「Location was convenient for walking in town and for out of town excursions. The room was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool were very nice! Best of all, the host was warm and welcoming and a wealth of information! Thank you!」

「Disappointed that the bathroom did not have a door. The toilet had but getting out of the shower meant hiding around the corner or making sure the curtains to room were closed. Not ideal when staying in a twin room with the opposite sex. Breakfast was reasonable. Omelette was more of a crepe. Some of the buffet food was uncovered, which attracted flies. 」

「Be very careful if booking this property especially through Expedia. While booking a series of properties for a tour of the western cape I failed to notice that the calendar on the third booking, Rietfontein, had reverted to the current date this year instead of the date we reqd for next year. This was realised as soon as the confirmation came thru and Expedia were contacted immediately. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the Hotel were prepared to change the booking to the dates reqd. 「The guesthouse is very close to the town center but still in a quiet area. Our room was big and all is very clean. Elza and Albert are great hosts and know where to go and what to do. Make sure to have enough time for breakfast it is delicious」
