「This would have been a fantastic stay but we did book economy rooms and they were fairly basic compared to the rooms with private terraces onto the main gardens. Economy rooms seem to be for the drivers (mini bus and coach drivers etc) so I recommend checking where your room will be and perhaps going up a level. 」

While booking a series of properties for a tour of the western cape I failed to notice that the calendar on the third booking, Rietfontein, had reverted to the current date this year instead of the date we reqd for next year. This was realised as soon as the confirmation came thru and Expedia were contacted immediately. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the Hotel were prepared to change the booking to the dates reqd.
