"空港からホテルまでは車で1時間程度のところにあります。一日中ホテルでゆっくりするには最高のロケーションです。目の前にはビーチが広がり、景色も最高です。また、プールからも海を見ることができます。 部屋は広く、大きなバスタブがあり、ベランダからは海が見えて本当に最高でした。 周りにはコンビニなど一切ありませんが、部屋にある冷蔵庫の飲み物は無料で頂けるので（一回のみ）嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食ビュッフェも種類がたくさんあり、美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんも対応が丁寧で親切でした。廊下ですれ違っても笑顔で挨拶をするスタッフが多く、好感が持てました。 またいつかペナン旅行でリフレッシュする際にはこちらのホテルに滞在したいと思います！ The hotel is located about an hour's drive from the airport. It is a great location for a relaxing day at the hotel. The beach is in front of the hotel and the view is excellent. We also could see the ocean from swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathtub and the view of the ocean from the balcony is really great. There are no convenience stores around the hotel, but we can get free drinks from the refrigerator in the room (one time only), which was a nice service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The staff were all courteous and helpful. I liked the fact that many of the staff greeted us with a smile when we passed them in the hotel, which made a positive impression. I would like to stay at this hotel again someday when I have a refreshing trip to Penang! "

"口コミがあまり良くなかったので不安でしたが、コスパも良くスタッフが親切で私たちはすごくこのホテルが気に入りました。 子供がタクシーにスマートフォンを忘れてしまったときに、フロントのインド人の女性が親身になって問合せをしてくれました。結局スマートフォンは見つかりませんでしたが、フロントを通るたびに他の男性スタッフも心配して声をかけてくれました。 とにかくロケーションがサイコーで観光地やご飯屋さん、カフェなど色々な場所に歩いて行けます。下にコンビニもあり、近くにランドリーもあるのでとても便利です。 屋上からの眺めもサイコーで、かわいい猫ちゃんがいるので癒されます。 ホテルステイを楽しみたい人には不向きですが、暮らすように滞在する人にはとてもいいホテルです☆"
