"The hotel is located in Juso which is just two stops from Umeda- Osaka station on the Hankyu line. The hotel is just a short walk from the station & there are many shops & restaurants & near-by. The hotel is newly renovated & everything is in great condition. The room is more spaceous than some standard Japanese hotel, we were lucky to have the room facing the river & Umeda Skyline. "This hotel has so much potential, but ends up just being a somewhat seedy love hotel. The rooms were very big for the price in Japan. The shower room was very clean. Toilet was pretty clean. "Great place to start our Japan vacation. Just steps from Universal studios and the Universal City train stops. Room was clean. Spacious enough for 4 adults (we had the quad room). "We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk."
