She runs a relaxing and casual property, and because of its small size, it is easy for her to communicate with and assist visitors - which is exactly what she does! "Massive room. Incredible balcony seaview. Feels very much like living in a home. Close driving distance to Mount Omuro. The buffet is a bit costly with what it has to offer. It's not close to any convenient store, so better do some groceries first before getting here."

"This is a beautiful Ryokan with a view looking over the water. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We emailed them when we were in the area and on the way to the local station. They shuttle van drove up as we were walking out of the station. Thankful for that as the ryokan was on a windy, narrow road. We were greeted warmly and given refreshments and then were given detailed information about the room and facilities. The room itself was above and beyond beautiful and the keiseki dinner was indescribable. It was so special and delicious. The onsen was private. You can go in whenever it is vacant and have the entire onsen to yourself. We did not go out and wander around the area. We fully enjoyed all that the ryokan had to offer and didn't feel that we even wanted to leave to explore. So relaxing after being in Tokyo. Thank you Isaribi for the memorable stay."
