We had several challenges with our stay. The bed was broken, paint chips were continuously falling off the walls onto all our clothes, it was VERY loud (restaurant next door playing non stop loud music all night and people in the hallway walking by at all hours of the night). Despite the ad, the doors are in no way sound proof, and being on the first floor, everyone had to go by to their rooms, hauling heavy luggage up the winding staircase (safety hazard in itself). Additionally, directly outside our window was a streetlight, eye level, which stayed on all night. There was only one curtain which did not completely cover the window frame, and it was not blackout. Between the noise and the light, it was impossible to get more than a couple hours of unrestful sleep a night. Also, during our whole stay (3 nights), the room was never cleaned and there were no toiletries provided.
We communicated all this to the front desk many times, and although they were sympathetic, there was nothing they could actually do to fix the situation, which was disappointing. Because of this, I would not stay there again.
