「Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel...

「プエルトデルロザリオのバスターミナルから歩きました。ホテルのある通りの名前を言えば地元の人はすぐわかるようで、行き方を教えてもらえたので迷わずにたどり着けました。 レセプションの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でチェックインもスムーズでした。 部屋は冷蔵庫、扇風機、湯沸かしポット、アメニティは石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、くし、等があります。 ありがたかったのは無料のミネラルウォーター2本です。 フエルトベントゥーラは水道水を沸かしても何か癖があり、飲用向けではないので、このサービスは本当に助かります。 床の掃除はあまり丁寧ではないのでスリッパはあった方がいいです。 シャワーカーテンが短めなのでバスルームの床が濡れてしまう等、多少の欠点はありますが、Wi-Fiも良好で全体的に悪くはないです。 」

「Hotel parfait quand on aime la tranquillité et qu'on veut fuir les usines à touristes. De là on peut partir à la découverte de toute l'île à condition d'avoir loué une voiture. Petit déjeuner en table d'hôte : énormément de bonnes choses à manger, d'échanges avec les autres voyageurs. Notre hôtesse, Marzia est aux petits soins et donne de bons conseils que ce soit pour les restaurants ou les lieux à visiter.」

「Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk.」
