「No Wi-Fi connection in room. 3 night stay, didn’t get much sleep. Poor installation, could hear everything in adjacent rooms. Packed up in the middle of the 3rd night and drove home. 」

「This was absolutely perfect! Two bedrooms, a kitchen, laundry room- everything was exactly what the listing said, but better. The beds were very comfortable too! The owners were super responsive and the casita was SPOTLESS! I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「This was a studio cabin. It is located beside the host’s home. I needed to talk with him about the tv. I could not reach him so I knocked on his door. He was not home. I drove into town to get a connection. I have not had a response. I needed to turn the wifi off to use my devices. No tv not good wifi. Squeaky bed and broken hanging porch chairs mentioned in other reviews were not fixed. No instructions at all for air conditioner nor fireplace or using tv. No phone number was given for host. ....

「Very nice place to relax and rest during my recent visit to see family. The space was clean, pleasantly decorated and peaceful. Plenty of parking on the street and a great backyard with nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again! 」

「This cottage was amazing! Not only was it super clean but the decor was great and host was awesome! Very attentive and accommodating with any requests. The pool and outdoor area beautiful and everyone enjoyed there stay. We would definitely book another stay!」

「The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little cottage. There were nice little touches and holiday decorations inside that added to the cozy feeling. The area is quiet and the fenced in yard is great for our dogs. 」

「This was my second time staying here with my family and it was perfect. The cabin was well equipped and we didn't need to bring anything besides our clothes! I was able to cook all meals in the kitchen. The location was perfect and close to town but far enough away from noise to make a peaceful experience. Will go there again!」
